You're knocking doors, collecting signatures, or registering voters — depending on the campaign. No experience required. We train everyone from day one. Pay is performance-based and the ceiling is high. If you can work hard and talk to people, you'll do well here.

Field Crew Lead
You manage a team of canvassers in the field — setting the pace, running debriefs, and keeping production up. This is a step up from canvasser and the path to a full management role. Strong communicators who lead by example get here fast.

Petition and ballot initiative work. You're collecting valid signatures in high-traffic locations with a pay structure that rewards volume. Seasonal windows vary by campaign — typically spring through fall.
